The accommodation

It's a typical Cantabrian stone house located in the center of the village of Pámanes, yet completely detached.

The 180m² house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a dining room, a study area, a reading area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has two 120cm beds, a large round table, a sideboard, and a wardrobe with two balconies. The second bedroom has a double bed, a sideboard, an armchair, and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has two 90cm single beds, a wardrobe, an armchair, and a balcony. The fourth bedroom has a chest of drawers and a convertible trundle bed that can be used as two single beds or a double bed.

Outside, there is a lawn where children can play or where you can have an al fresco meal. It is located in the center of the village of Pámanes, on the street parallel to the well-known Casa Navarro restaurant. It is very well connected, close to numerous tourist attractions, and offers the possibility of enjoying different activities each day. Ideal for a holiday or a few days of rest with family or friends. Nearby points of interest include:

Elsedo Palace: Built by Francisco de Hermosa in the early 18th century, this palace is characterized by its sober and elegant appearance, its octagonal tower and splendid chapel being particularly noteworthy. It currently houses an important private museum of modern art.

Liérganes Town: The capital of the municipality of the same name, its urban center, declared a National Historic-Artistic Site in 1978, boasts valuable Neoclassical architecture from the 17th and 18th centuries, a result of the economic boom brought about by the artillery factory in the region during that period.

Cabárceno Nature Park:
Cabárceno Nature Park is neither a conventional zoo nor a traditional nature park. It is a naturalized space, shaped by human intervention, that draws upon the raw beauty of its karst landscape, covering 750 hectares of a former open-pit mine.

Cabárceno Nature Park is home to nearly 150 animal species from five continents, living in semi-freedom in large enclosures where one or more species coexist.

Pedreña Golf Courses: In Pedreña, you'll find the Real Campo de Golf de Pedreña, one of the most exclusive courses in all of Spain, and the La Junquera golf course, a very technical 9-hole course for skilled players on the green and its surroundings.

Ramón Sota Golf Course:
The Ramón Sota Golf Course is located in Agüero (Marina de Cudeyo). Designed by Seve Ballesteros, it features nine par-three holes and a private school hole for lessons. Its par is 54. The course rating is 54.9, and its slope rating is 87. Many players refer to it as a "Mini Augusta," a testament to its beauty and excellent design by two-time Masters champion Severiano Ballesteros Sota.
