The accommodation
This is a beach villa with a backyard and pool, only **5 minute walk from Troia beach** (400m) and 15 minutes drive from Comporta. This two-storey villa is ready to host 8 guests, sleeping in 4 bedrooms and with two bathrooms.
There are two dining areas, inside and in the backyard, and a pool table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a **ground** coffee machine. Outside you will find a BBQ as well.
Hotel quality bed sheets, shower towels & WiFi internet are included.
Fiber optic Wifi internet measured speed was (90.28 Mbps) next to the router. please note that the wifi might not reach to cover all the house.

Desilusão
A casa está bastante desleixada tanto no interior como no exterior, precisa de algumas/muitas obras, no momento da chegada a limpeza estava uma vergonha, foi necessário reclamar para voltarem a limpar, wc intupido foi necessario desentupir, lampadas fundidas por todos os lados, substituiram algumas, humidade em muitas paredes com bolhas e descascado, enfim foi tudo menos uma estadia confortavel. Nao aconselho esta villa a ninguem.
