This is a beautiful brand new loft flat, located in the centre of the town of Arenas de San Pedro, at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos. Only 1,5 hours by car from Madrid.
Its high ceilings of 4 meters give a pleasant feeling of spaciousness and diaphanousness. It is decorated in a modern and minimalist style, with all the furniture and appliances necessary for total comfort.
It has a large Jacuzzi in the main bedroom. There is also a bioethanol fireplace in the living room.

Guests of the Loft can use the swimming pool of the rural house La Lobera de Gredos in the summer months, as well as enjoy the many natural pools and rivers in the area.

Arenas de San Pedro, a beautiful village located in the province of Avila, on the south side of the Sierra de Gredos.
It is only 150 km from Madrid, an hour and a half by car or two hours by bus,
Mountains, Nature, cultural heritage, local gastronomy, rivers and natural pools.
