A very cosy one bedroom apartment in the heart of Las Palmas in Gran Canaria. 100m walk to the beach. Shops and supermarkets in 1 min walk. The apartment has everything needed for a nice holiday - one living room, one bedroom with double bed fully equipped kitchen, it has been newly renovated in 2017 with washing machine and a nice balcony, to enjoy the fresh air and sun. Free Wi-Fi on spot. We do speak English, Spanish, French, Dutch and little German. This apartment is NOT suitable for 4 adult

Setting

This accommodation is located in the very center of Las Palmas, 150m from the most important beach promenade "Las Canteras" and in the opposite way, 200m from the main square called Parque Santa Catalina.
It is very easy to reach it from the airport. You take the bus in front of "Salidas", which is at the first floor of the airport, and this will take you directly to Santa Catalina, and from there you walk 350m to the entrance of the building.
The apartment is very clean since it has been newly refurbished in 2017, it is quite and cozy. It is very suitable for cupels, adventurers and business trips. You can smoke on the balcony outside but never inside! Please mind the furniture and the walls. Cleaning is mandatory. Always turn off the lights when you leave the apartment. No pets allowed!
