The accommodation

Large attic of 130 m² brand new. Located in one of the best and quietest areas of Conil. A few steps from the beach and the old town and close to shops, restaurants and bars.

The building is built with great quality and is designed to make the most of the natural light. The apartment has three comfortable rooms, living room, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, new blender), and terrace that gives the living room.

The lounge is very spacious, with a stereo and DVD player with Bluetooth, to listen to your mobile music, flat TV and collection of music and books. ADSL Internet connection and WiFi service included in the price.

If you fancy a break from the beach, the top floor is a large private terrace of 120 m², a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink, sunbathe, read, dine or just hang out enjoying the wonderful scenery that provides us The locality, both for the day and in the evenings. It also has a parking space which is accessed by the elevator. Premiered in the summer of 2015, all the furniture is new and comfortable.
