The accommodation

Located in the center of Venice, 700 meters from Ca 'd'Oro, 800 meters from the Rialto Bridge and the Fenice Theater, and 1200 meters from Piazza San Marco. It offers air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, private bathroom with hydromassage, towels and linens.

The accommodation

It is a lovely and unique house of the 1600's, with a charming view on the '' Rio Marin '' canal. Completely independent, it is located on 2 floors: the ground floor has an exposed beam. The warm lounge with fireplace, (which can not be used), flat screen satellite TV and French sofa bed, make your stay more comfortable. On the ground floor there is a characteristic kitchen and a fenestrato bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there is a bright and elegant double bedroom with a canal view, a cozy room with 2 beds (which can become a double bed). Both rooms have access to the spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi.
The furnishings and finishes are precious and in typical Venetian style. The dwelling has a total of 4 beds + 2.

Guests have the entire house of about 90 square meters.

Accessories: Satellite TV - safe - hairdryer - washing machine and tumble dryer - iron and ironing board - bed linen and towels - air conditioning and heating - cot (on request) internet connection.

Smoking is not allowed
Pets are not allowed except in small size.
It is forbidden to organize parties / events
Check in time: 15:00 - 01:00 (next day).
Check-out by 10am
Check-in will cost up to 7 pm: € 30 from 19 to 21, € 40 from 21 to 23, € 50 from 23:00 to 00:30. This surcharge will be paid upon arrival and in cash.

HOUSE RULES

Everyone who has respect for the home and the rules of good neighborhood are welcome.

According to local laws, you will be required to pay the residence tax, which will be payable upon your arrival. The cost is € 2.50 per day per person for up to 5 days.
Upon arrival you will also have to pay the final cleaning of € 80, to be paid in cash.

House not suitable for those with physical disabilities as it has a stair ramp leading to the first floor where there are 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor however we have a sofa bed.
