The accommodation

Large 40 sq. m. apartment with private bathroom and shared kitchen equipped with a double bed and a single bed. Going down the internal stairs you can access the solarium from which you can dive into the lake and climb back up by a ladder. The balcony overlooking the lake is made of Teak wood and has comfortable lounge chairs and sofas on which to sunbathe. Also available are chairs and tables where you can eat or simply have an aperitif. The apartment is particularly suitable for families who wish to spend a few days on the lake

Darsena di Riva Grande is located in Moltrasio, an ancient village on Lake Como just 3 km from Cernobbio and 5 km from the center of Como.
The property is situated in a very quiet location and overlooks the lake, which can be reached by an internal staircase. Outside there is a private Balcony/Solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas from which to admire the beauty of the Lario.
The entire area is swimmable and from the balcony you can dive directly into the lake and then use the stairs adjacent to the balcony for the ascent.
