The accommodation

The APARTMENT is approximately 160 meters squared, spacious and bright, located in the heart of Sorrento just a few meters from the beach. It has 3 bathrooms and is ideal for up to 6 people. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WI-FI and Television. Just 400 meters from the apartment, there is a private garage with 1 parking space.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an antique building. To reach the apartment from the street, one must climb approximately 16 steps.

Due to the convenient location of the apartment, it is ideal for those who wish to spend their holidays near the city center, and without the stress of having to drive during their holiday.

A car is not needed to stay at the apartment. For those traveling by car, there is free parking in a private garage (for 1 car) approximately 400 meters away.

GROUND FLOOR

THE LIVING ROOM is luminous. It has a dining table for six people, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating and WI-FI. The living room has a window overlooking the city. Here you will also find the kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, a fridge/freezer, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine.

THE FIRST BEDROOM has two single beds (they can be joined upon request), air conditioning, heating and a window overlooking the city. Access to the bedroom is from the living room.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with a washbasin, bidet, shower, toilet and washing machine. Access to the bathroom is from the living room.

FIRST FLOOR
(to reach the first floor from the ground floor there is an internal staircase of about 15 steps).

THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, TV, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, shower and toilet. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, air conditioning, heating and TV. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, shower and toilet. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

Important things to know:
- The central location of this apartment will allow you to visit with ease surrounding areas such as Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, and Pompeii.
- This rental includes free parking, just 400 meters from the apartment, which is a rare asset on the Amalfi Coast.
- Due to the central location to the apartment, in summer you will hear some external noise from the city center.
- Tourist tax 3,00 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 50.00 euro to be paid at the arrival.

Setting

The apartment is located in Piazza Tasso, in the heart of Sorrento. It is close to restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets.
The Marina Piccola beach and the port, where you can take the hydrofoil to Capri, Ischia or Naples, are just 550 meters away. The port is less than ten minutes away by foot, or it is possible to take the bus or the elevator that is located inside the Villa Comunale, a few meters away from the apartment.
The Circumvesuviana train station from which you may visit Pompeii and Naples and the SITA bus stop with destinations such as Positano, Amalfi and Ravello are less than 200 meters away.
