Its balcony with view to the sea and its short distance from the beach, the shops, the restaurants and the city center make it an ideal place for relaxing holidays. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette and a dining room with simple and practical furnishing: a studio couch, a table with chairs and tv with national channels and a lovely window with a beautiful view to the sea where you can enjoy your sunset in a quiet environment listening to the voice of seagulls. From the dining room you enter a small kitchen with stove, a gas oven, a new cupboard, a fridge and a washing machine. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, an italian coffee maker, cutlery and whatever you need to cook is available. From the dining room you can also enter the bathroom. It is small with a shower, a washbasin a toilet, a washing machine and a hairdryer.Short stairs divide the dining room from the comfortable bedroom.. There is a wardrobe, a double bed, an extra single bed, two bedside tables with lamps and a balcony with view onto the quiet sea. There is heating or air conditioning in the apartment too.

There is a possibility to park your car near the house in a private parking only ten minutes walking distance from your apartment.
