This apartment is modern, large and with a panoramic view.
It consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a large kitchen with balcony, a large living room with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub.
Its position is perfect to reach the sea, in fact it is only 250 meters from the beach, and all the necessary services.

Setting

The neighborhood, where the apartment is located, in addition to being quiet, is very beautiful as it is located in the greenest and oldest of Scauri where there is a small and quaint little square with pubs and restaurants and also the Torre dei Mulini, from here then meet pizzerias, ice cream parlors, beaches equipped with beach restaurants and much more.

Activities and attractions

Extra costs to pay at the entrance:
- Cause Covid-19 the use of bed linen for bathroom and kitchen has an additional cost of 10 € per person but in any case the guest is left with the possibility of using their own linen.

- Fixed heating costs from November 15th to April 15th € 35 per week (€ 5 per night), on request on other dates.

The station is perfectly connected to the stations of rome and naples with trains leaving every hour.
