The accommodation

Modern concept house, up to 6 guest +1, with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, located in a quiet field very close to Ibiza Town and San Joseph Town as well, around to Sa carroca area, with air con in all the rooms and common areas (split type), gorgeous garden with a Balinese bed and BBQ, (gas type).

A perfect place to enjoy the nature surrounded with mountains, in an absolutely refuge with a large garden with sun chairs too and space to park 3 cars.

Just 10 minutes driving from Ibiza main town.

Setting

A double level house, provided with all you might need to have a comfortably stay close enough to the city.

With 3 double bedrooms in a recent built house, upstairs has a sun terrace with good size where to improve a lot of fun or even take the sun.

Downstairs there's a kitchen area in an open concept, full equipped, living and dining room, full equipped kitchen, Flat screen tv, free wifi, comfortably sofas, with indoor and outdoor dining table at the large garden, with gas type BBQ.

Outdoor is full of nature, a lot of flowers bushes around.

The house has air con units in all the stances, (split type).

Activities and attractions

Your group and you will have access to the entire house, the built consist in more than 300 Sqmts. in a garden area than more than 1000 Sqmts. Near to the mountain and less than 10 minutes from Ibiza town and less than 15 minutes from Saint Joseph town as well.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Dear guest, you should have to take a note about the compulsory payment of our local tax (eco fee), which we are obliged to collect cash on your arrival, based in 2,20€ per person each night, however your local host will let you know how much will be the amount to be paid.

- It´s absolutely forbidden to leave garbage bags inside this property, this behaviour will be fined with 50 € paid at your check out.

- If you have a different schedule to arrive or leave as well, take a note we have extra fares for that, (after 21:00 is for 120€ and after 24:00 is for 200€) this payment you will be able to due in cash on arrival or by money request, also for late checkout extra fares will be applied accordingly with what time you would like to leave the place and the possibilities to handle it.

The house it´s situated in Sant Jordi de ses Salines, very close you will find, ATM, Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.

Also you can drive just for few minutes until one of the best beaches in town like, "Salinas beach" is, or also you can go easily until D´ En Bossa beach area to have fun.

We will always recommend to our guest to hire a car to move easily by the entire Island.
