The house is located on the first floor of a structure divided on two levels.
The apartment includes a large kitchen and is well-equipped: toaster, pots, glasses, coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster juicer, with table and 8 chairs, TV with satellite and DVD player, magazines and maps in order to know the area.

In the bedroom there is a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe; a single sofa bed in the kitchen. Next door is the bathroom with shower, bidet, wc, hair dryer, iron , warmer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The bedroom leads to the terrace and laundry room where the washing machine is available.

From the kitchen, through an internal staircase leads to the second floor where there are a double bed and two single beds, a wardrobe and a further bathroom (with shower, bidet, wc, hair dryer, iron, warmer, drying rack, iron and ironing stir). The room opens onto a small terrace with chairs, table and chairs.
