The accommodation

90 square meters apartment with 3 bedrooms for 6 persons, living room with direct wiew of the sea.
The whole apartment has natural light and there are terraces with exit.
Situated in the first line of Taliarte Promenade. It is two minutes walking from the Melenara Beach and 5 from Rock Bath Zone.
Taliarte Promenade sizes 2 milles. and it goes from Melenara Beach to La Garita Beach. It is ideal for walking across, while in the differents beaches it is possible to swimm and practising Surf or Windsurf.

Setting

Taliarte is not a tourist zone, so, most visitors are the Canary people. Both beaches have the blue flagg and there are lots of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and all needed for living in the vicinity.
There is no problem by parking. Renting a car is recommended, but there is also a good bus service.
