"Large villa with luminosity offering all of its external dependencies. Located in a privileged area of the magnificent Playa de Mazagón (Huelva). Town of the Huelva coast still between the Parador Nacional de Turismo to the vicinity of Matalascañas, large areas of absolutely pristine beaches. Is comfortably furnished and located within which is, for many, the best area of the coast of Huelva, it has the great breadth of its 250 m2 habitable, with possibility of occupation of up to 12 seats in its 6 bedrooms: 2 double and 4 twin i beds, each one more two spacious rooms, both with TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets with shower tray, pantry, kitchen fully furnished with all appliances: washing machines, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator combi, electric cooktops, ovens, Toaster, Blender, Squeezer, coffee maker, iron with ironing board and utensils: battery, express, pans, covered pot, dishes, glasses, etc.

The Villa is located inside of a wide, approximately, 700m 2 plot with 2 barbecues, along with another twin Villa, each of them has its own area of garden and large terrace of 40 m2 on 1st floor with two large wooden tables and 12 chairs and a wooden pergola deck, from where to enjoy a splendid and relaxing view of the sea. Is also only 500 m the biggest Marina of the coast of Huelva and its Yacht Club, 700 m from the Centre of the village where you will find the shopping area, the health centre, pharmacy, rental of cars and bikes, restaurants and tapas bars , ice cream shops, supermarkets, banks, stop bus and taxi, and, above all, just a minute walk from the renowned beaches of fine golden sands of Mazagón (Huelva)."
