The house is released in May 2009 and completed in the summer of 2010. with 2 separate apartments on 3 levels located in the upper part of Cangas and therefore offers a beautiful view over the Bay of Vigo. It lies about 10 minutes away from the center of Cangas. There are ferries to Vigo and the Atlantic Islands (Islas Cies). Distance to Santiago de Compostela 90 km.

Cabo Home, one of the natural treasures of the town, is a stunning vantage point to observe the entrance of the Ria de Vigo, the Cies Islands and Ons Islands (Natural Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia).
With regard to the mountain Facho, new archaeological finds are revealing its strategic importance and demographic owned this town before the Romanization of the god Berobreo.
