Located on the ground floor, it features four large windows overlooking Largo da Igreja and a picturesque street with glimpses of the river.

Set in the heart of Seixal’s historic center, within a 200-year-old building, it is surrounded by a rich historical atmosphere dating back to the 14th century.

Its proximity to the river and bay—central elements of Seixal’s identity—is complemented by an excellent location: Lisbon is just 15 minutes away, some of Europe’s best beaches are within 15 minutes, and the Arrábida mountains and Azeitão are about 20 minutes away.

Here, nature, history, and the river naturally become part of your stay.

Seixal is a peaceful town offering close contact with nature, featuring a migratory bird observatory, water sports, and a rich historical heritage including the former cork factory, shipyards, traditional cod-drying facilities, and iconic tidal mills from the 14th century. The area also offers numerous walking and cycling paths, as well as trips on traditional Tagus boats.

Today, Seixal Bay is a true natural refuge, home to diverse flora and fauna, including elegant flamingos in the Corroios marshes.

Inspired by nautical themes, this space was carefully restored by your host, Pedro Perdigão, like a handcrafted piece, inviting you to experience the feeling of being on board a boat.

Setting

Free public parking is available near the accommodation, along with easy access to various means of transport.

The Seixal river terminal is approximately 2 km away, offering a pleasant 20-minute ferry ride along the Tagus River to Lisbon’s historic center.

By car, Lisbon can be reached in about 20 minutes, some of Europe’s best beaches in 15 to 40 minutes depending on your choice, Arrábida in around 20 minutes, and Azeitão also in approximately 20 minutes, among other destinations.
