The accommodation

Duplex, in private urbanisation, with direct access to the beach. It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. The main living room is very ventilated and illuminated through a large window, has a double sofa-bed, T.V., ceiling fan, a dining table with four chairs, and an american style kitchen very well equipped with fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

The bedroom is spacious with 135 cm double bed, ceiling fan. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Two terraces, one of them being a large solarium with shower included private urbanization, with private access to the beach. Reserved parking. Gardens, children's playground etc. Fully equipped, area close to restaurants, shops, etc. Pets allowed.

Setting

The naturist urbanisation Natura World is located on the beachfront next to the Vera Playa hotel. It has four swimming pools and a large play area. A few metres from the urbanisation there is a shopping area with restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, all without the need to use the car.

The area is close to charming villages such as Garrucha, Mojacar, Villaricos etc.

Activities and attractions

There is a wide range of activities to do very close to the accommodation. At 400 mts there is a water park, a Consum supermarket and a pharmacy, and at 5 minutes by car there is a Mercadona.

There is also a golf course next to a sports centre.

The area is ideal for hiking trails, and water sports such as canoeing.
