The accommodation

Located in the ground floor. It has been recently restored and it is completely furnished. It is composed of electrical appliances and diverse cooking utensils.
It has a wide indoor terrace with views to a park on one side and a small patio to do the washing up or hang out the clothes.

Setting

The flat is just 5 minutes walking from the beach and the promenade and there is a big supermarket in 50 meters.
It is easy to park around the building. It is a quite area with many facilities.
The marina is a 3km fron the apartment and the leisure zone "501" with restaurants, pubs and some shops is 10-15 minutes walking.

Excelente, muy recomendado!

Genial! la instancia ha sido perfecta: la casa cuenta con todo tipo de instalaciones (aire, wifi, etc..) pero además han dejado hasta champú y gel de baño. La ubicación es excelente: la playa cuesta abajo unos 10 minutos andando, y sino, con el coche, que se puede aparcar sin ningún problema. Hay un plaza día a 1 minuto y todo tipo de bares. El dueño muy atento a todo, así que volveríamos sin dudar.
