The accommodation

We are in the heart of valtellina and the location of the house is very convenient: quiet but not isolated, not central but well served, excellent for reaching any destination and is ideally placed for trekking, walking, hiking. Important ski lifts at 30 minutes (prato valentino, teglio, aprica, bormio, chiesa val malenco, ... ...), 15 minutes from tirano, where the 'bernina express' train will take you to s. Moritz.
It is a crossing point on the wine route and the via dei terrazzamenti,
the house is entirely in stone, renovated, narrow and high, located on a small square next to the church of san bartolomeo with a splendid view of the valley.
The house is on the second floor with a delightful wooden attic. It is accessed via an external staircase and independent from the garden. The apartment is an open space with a kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed, a tv, a table and all the windows open to the valley. A hallway leads into the large bathroom with a washing machine. An internal staircase leads to the attic, with a double bed and a 3rd bed, a table with chairs and a swing. In the garden there is a terrace with table, benches and a barbecue with a spectacular view of the valtellina. The apartment is available for short and / or long stays.
