La collina degli ulivi (Perugia, Sant'Angelo di Chieli, Italy) is a typical structure typical of rural areas of the last century. The apartments have been restored and furnished in the rural style of the time. The cottage is located on a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy. Nestled in a vast agricultural valley planted with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich pastures. In a couple of hours drive you arrive in Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea. Surrounded by greenery, the Collina degli Ulivi is ideal for relaxing and visiting the cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi; for children it is advisable to visit the theme park Città della Domenica in Perugia and the water park of Tavernelle.
Typical farmhouse dating back to the end of the 19th century, completely renovated, nestled in a hill. It consists of 5 apartments (Ginestra 5 pax, Iris 3 pax, Cotoneaster4 pax, Ortensia 2 pax, Passiflora 4 pax) if all the apartments are not booked, maximum availability of 18 guests.
Meals are not provided, the use of the kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils is made available. Linen, towels, hair dryer provided. It offers free internet, free parking and a lovely shared wooden pool. Passiflora is an apartment composed of a dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa bed for a total of 4 people.

During the winter, heating costs are based on consumption. Only the initial and final cleaning costs are included. Appreciated is a photocopy of documents, currently there is no tourist tax for tourist rentals (if it is requested by the municipality of Perugia it will be required), a short rental contract will be presented upon delivery of the keys.
Directions:
Exit the E45 (SS3bis) up to Resina (both north and south), heading north to Solfagnano, pass Solfagnano and then Tavernacce after about 1 km turn right into Strada S. Angelo Chieli, after about 700 go past the church and turn off on the left then go straight for about 500 meters.
