The accommodation

This is a beach apartment with communal pool and balcony facing the pool and the beach, only 2 minutes walk from the beach (80m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta. This ground floor apartment is ready to host 4 guests, sleeping in 2 bedrooms and with a bathroom.

There are two dining areas, inside and on the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped(except washing machine) and there is a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules).

Hotel quality bed sheets, shower towels and internet Wi-Fi are included.

MINIMUM STAY

7 nights - high season (from 09th June to 08th September), periods from Sunday to Sunday only

5 nights - until 09th June and after 08th September

**House Rules**
Just like in a car, children of ALL ages and babies count as people. More people than the maximum number established will NOT be permitted in the accommodation.

Pets may be allowed, REQUEST basis only
Smoking is NOT allowed
NO events allowed

Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
Please note that a security deposit of 500€ will be required upon check-in (cash or credit card)

Setting

Our homes are located in Soltroia village, that is 7 minutes driving from Tróia and 15 minutes driving from Comporta, Setúbal. You can reach us by taking the ferry at Setúbal (aroun €15 for a car and a person) or getting around the peninsula (1 more hour driving). Lisbon airport is only at 1h30 away, if you need help with the transfer please let us know.

For those who do not know, this is an extremely exclusive and peaceful area divided into a river side and an ocean side, both served with wide white sandy beach and calm water. In the village you can find a groceries shop and a coffee shop as well, and in its surroundings you will find a golf course, a marina, a casino, roman ruines, many restaurants, etc..
