Antes que nada, cabe destacar que era un viaje familiar con dos personas mayores con cierta morbilidad reducida. En primer lugar y después de haber pagado la reserva, el día antes del viaje se nos informa que las sábanas u toallas corren por nuestra, ,aspecto no explicado en el anuncio del alojamiento, y según la propietaria clara esto es así en todos los alojamientl (lo cual contrasta vivamente con nuestra larga experiencia en viajes). En segundo lugar se nos comunica que el check in al apartamento es a las 15:00 y cuando llegamos al sitio según la hora pactada, nos encontramos con que alli no había nadie para recibirnos. Tras una hora de inumerables llamadas sin respuesta a rentalia y la propietaria, apareció clara. El apartamento cadecia de elementos esenciales de limpieza y cocina, lavadora estropeada, limpieza de cocina y utensilios mejorable. La hora de check out tambien conflicto. Conclusión calidad precio mucho que desear. No volveré a alquilar en este sitio ni lo recomendaré.

Estimada margarita, siento que no haya sido de su agrado mi gestión y el apartamento. La hora de entrada es a las 16 h. Y por cortesia le dije que podrían entrar a las 15 h. Yo vivo en la urbanización por lo tanto no era dificil localizarme. Me llamaron ustedes vía whatsapp y a veces es difícil oírlo. No estuvieron esperando una hora.. Posiblemente media hora (como mucho) las sábanas y toallas no están incluidas, ustedes cuando hicieron la reserva, no preguntaron... La semana anterior de su llegada les llame y no pude contactar con ustedes. Su hijo muy amable el día anterior se puso en contacto conmigo y le dije que no había ropa de cama y le pareció bien, me dijo que no era problema. La lavadora se rompió el sábado y el lunes por la tarde estaba arreglada, ya que era fin de semana. Los artículos de limpieza no solemos dejar, la limpieza de la cocina, fue realizada correctamente y si hubiera habido algún fallo se ponen en contacto conmigo, usted no dijo nada para subsanar la deficiencia.El apartamento estaba adecuado para las dos personas de movilidad reducida, ya que hay ducha, pocas escaleras. Usted trajo una mascota, la cual lleva un suplemento de 30 € y no se lo cobre. La hora de salida es a las 10 h. Y ustedes querían dejar el apartamento a la 13:30 h. No es posible, ya que los apartamentos tienen que haber un espacio como mínimo cuatro horas entre cliente y cliente.Siento haberles causado tantas molestias. Atentamente, clara arganda.
