It is located between the urbanizations of Cala Blanca and Son Carrió, 3 km from Ciutadella de Menorca, in a very quiet area for a family holiday.
It is located near two beaches, Cala Blanca and Santandria. Santandria 5 minutes walk and Cala Blanca 10 minutes walking, highly recommended for children. 30 meters from the Villa there is a rocky area enabled for bathing. You access the sea by going down the rocks, it is ideal for snorkeling and has stone platforms for sunbathing.
The Villa is located 30 meters from a supermarket and there is a bus stop (45 meters away) that leaves you in the Center of Ciutadella (3km) in just 15 minutes.
The Villa is close to the accesses to the virgin beaches of the south coast of Menorca, since by car they are at 20-30 min. In the area there are also bars and restaurants and an avenue where you can watch the sunsets every sunset.
The Villa is located in an area where tourist facilities and residential villas are combined, which means being in a quiet area.

Todo perfecto
Fuimos un grupo de amigos y estuvimos encantados. La casa está nueva, perfectamente cuidada y limpia. Raúl fue muy amable en todo momento, dándonos todo tipo de indicaciones de la zona e incluso esperándonos a nuestra llegada ya por la noche para la entrega de llaves. Se está muy bien en la terraza y aunque la casa no tiene piscina pudimos ir a la de los apartamentos de enfrente, también de su propiedad. Repetiríamos sin duda
