Located in the LAGO AZUL area for your holidays or weekend breaks, the house offers excellent conditions. The setting is peaceful and very pleasant, surrounded by cork oak trees and waterfalls overlooking the blue waters and green mountains, immersed in the fragrance of nature. You may enjoy the surrounding calm and relax… a true delight for the five senses.

The house has 1 bedroom with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort, furnished in modern style.
Outside there is a barbecue, terrace and garden.

The property is about 160 km from Lisbon, 180 km from Porto and 75 km from Coimbra.
I will be entirely at your disposal to provide an on-site presentation, at a time to be agreed subject to availability.

Surroundings

Located on the right bank of the River Zêzere (Castelo do Bode reservoir), one of the most beautiful and touristic areas of the region. Close access to the river. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and rare natural beauty.

Within 1 km you will find cafés, restaurants and a nautical club with snack bar and boat parking/maintenance.
Activities and attractions

Nearby water sports: boat hire, flyboard, wakeboard, kitesurfing, water skiing, canoe hire, swimming, river beach just a few metres away. For further information or group bookings, please contact us.

Enjoy lovely walks along the River Zêzere, discovering waterfalls (in winter) 100 m from the house.
Visit the Peninsula of S. Pedro de Castro with its historic chapel/viewpoint (1 km).
The Pentagonal Tower in Dornes.
Natural pools and the geodesic centre in Vila de Rei.
Tomar (20 km), a Templar city rich in architectural and cultural heritage, home to the Convent of Christ (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Fátima Sanctuary is 30 minutes via IC9 and the magnificent Batalha Monastery 45 minutes.
Within 1 hour: the Silver Coast beaches such as Nazaré, S. Pedro de Moel and Foz do Arelho.
Peniche, surfing capital and golf courses (1h30).
Óbidos, just over an hour away, a medieval walled town famous for its ginja, chocolate and Christmas Village in December.
