The accommodation

Modern bright loft penthouse with fully equiped kitchen recently remodelled in the town centre, just four minutes away from the beach, so we are not just in the busy and noisy beach front.

We will welcome you with a basket full of local fruit and vegetables, and a bottle of wine. Bed is 135cmsx195cms, very comfortable. The penthouse is on a fourth floor no lift. Perfect for sporty people.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but you can smoke in the terrace.

Pets are not permitted.

Setting

The apartment is in the local town of El Medano, just 10 kms from the airport and 100 metres from one the best natural sandy beach of the island.

Activities and attractions

We are in the old part of the town, very close to the beach, a promenade by the sea and lots of restaurant and bars to enjoy a delicious meal, good wine or beer. There are several nearby supermarkets, a pharmacy and banks. You can also enjoy very good coffee in several places, ask us when you arrive.
You can practise surf, windsurf and kite-surf on the beach and there are many schools and places where you can rent materials. Excellent place for cyclists.
