For the year 2020/2021 - during the Corona Pandemic the following new customer-friendly clause applies in addition to the normal travel cancellation rules:
If new travel restrictions are imposed by the Spanish government due to the Covid-19 crisis, you will be refunded almost the full amount of the rental already paid. Only 100 € + 21% IVA will be retained from the amount paid as a handling fee. The same applies if you are not allowed to leave your place of residence on the day of your arrival due to Covid-19 restrictions. Here you have to provide proof. Once you have moved into the house, there is no refund of the rent. In the event that family members or members of your travel group fall ill with Covid-19 during your stay, you must report this.
The villa was renovated in winter 2016 and awaits you with all comfort!
Both baths and the guest toilet were completely renovated. All new floor tiles - except the beautiful hand painted ones in the TV/living room. The sofas in the dining room and in the TV room are new, modern and comfortable, the chairs at the balcony are now wooden ones, and the BBQ terrace is now a meeting place for the whole family.
Villa Buena Vista is situated at the foothills of the Montgó massif, with a marvellous, far view to Denia and the mediterranean sea.
The driveway of the completely enclosed plot is shielded towards the pool by a wall with gate. From the driveway you can enter the below, large bedroom, with 4 beds and a guest-toilet, going up thru an inside stairway to the main part of the house, bringing your shopping up to the kitchen the shortest way. The main part includes the TV-room with fridge for beverages, a large dining room with roofed balcony in front of it - the ideal summer dining area with splendid views. A modern kitchen adjoins the dining room. A corredor leads to two double bedrooms with separate bath. From the TV-room another inside stairway is going up to the forth, large bedroom, with bath en-Suite, waking up with view to the sea and going to bed with the lights of Denia shining.
In front of the kitchen, towards the Montgó side, is the generous, sunny Barbecue terrace with built-BBQ, surrounded by a wall. Here you can enjoy your meals undisturbedly.
The pool area is hardly overlooked from outside due to the wall separating it from the driveway and high Oleanderbushes. Above it a nice wooden pavillion with table and chairs invites you to linger. Over it is another terrace with sunbeds for sunbathing and to enjoy the extraordinary view. Every time you're looking up from your book you're glancing over the mediterranean sea. From this terrace you enter the above described BBQ terrace, where the offical house entrance is with the kitchen and dining room next to it.

The house is situated in a road only used by residents at a quiet residential area below the Montgo national park. The distance to the sandy beach near the Hotel Port Denia is approx. 4 km, there is also a beautiful, new promenade with restaurants and cafes. 2 restaurants Galleretes (with tennis court) and Campus you reach in about 3 Min. by car.
Easy, straight connection to the centre of Denia approx. 4 km. The harbour with fishmarket and a promenade with restaurants is approx. 5 kms distant. To both sides you have broad, sandy beaches.
Denia offers a large choice of restaurants, shops and watersports. The castle is iluminated in summer nights.
Activities and attractions
The little towns Denia and Els Poblets, Javea, Moraira, Benissa, Calpe and Altea have a lot to offer - all year long and for all ages, and wellness for free. From the airports Alicante and Valencia your reach the towns easily thru motorway AP7 in about 1 hour.
Springs first herald is the almond blossom at the end of January, followed by the orange blossom in March. In the surrounding mountains spring and fall are the best time for walks or long hikes, or motorbike tours. The small villages along the way invite with original Spanish cuisine to linger and enjoy the moment.
Medieval churches and castles are waiting for you to be visited. Fascinating caves and flowstone caves are to be discovered. Also, from the occupation of the Moors many historical evidences are conserved.
Mile long sandy beaches alternate with spectacular steep coasts. Most of the beaches are certified with the blue flag, which means a superior quality of the water, clean and tended beaches; life-guards of the Red Cross are watching the beaches and some of them are certified beaches with special water vehicles for disabled people. Bathing season starts in the middle of May unitl beginning/end of October (water temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius).
Beach near DeniaThere is also a wide range of all different kinds of water sports to choose from: swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, kite surfing, fishing etc. There are excellent 9 and 18 hole golf courses, horse back riding, tennis, para-gliding and more. All towns at the Costa Blanca have their own Marina. You will find more details under "sailing/diving".
Sea promenades invite you to stroll and feast. In the Bodegas you will enjoy the wine of the region straight from the barrel and the numerous Spanish "Fiestas" invite you to celebrate and have fun. Children are welcome guests at the Costa Blanca. The colorful weekly markets with fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables and the "Ecotiendas" - organic food shops, offer everything to get to know the vegan Spanish cuisine.
