The accommodation

Apartment completely renovated in 2018, very bright with wide sea views. Good weather almost all the year. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. Night security guard. Bed linen and towels included in the price.

The apartment is on the fifth exterior floor overlooking the sea, and, thanks to its East orientation, it is very sunny and bright until 2 pm. From 2 pm you can sunbathe by the pool, which is at the back of the building.

The property obtained a certificate of excellence in 2019.

It has two rooms: the first one, with a double bed of 160 cms., and the second one, with two beds of 90 cms. The bathroom has a shower and a 100-liter water heater that provides instant hot water. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including half-load dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, combi fridge, induction cooker, toaster, coffee maker (capsule and Italian), keetle, and all the necessary utensils to feel like at home. The living room has a separate dining area with relaxing views and includes a large three-seater sofa in front of a big smart tv, with a folding coffee table that allows lunch, breakfast or dinner while watching the Tv. It has a split air conditioner and three ceiling fans, one for each room. The terrace has two wicker chairs and a folding garden table, and in the back closet are the ironing board, the clothesline, the beach chairs and the umbrella. The apartment is delivered clean and with enough bed linen and towels.

I try to respond as quickly as possible to questions or comments from guests, both via the application/website or WhatsApp. When the date of entry to the apartment is approaching I always send a link to a web album where I show little tricks and tips so that guests become familiar with the house from the start and know where things are.

I do not live in Malaga (i live in Madrid) and, therefore, do not get to know the guests personally. In my place, who delivers the keys and collects them is my neighbor next door, Antonia.

Setting

6 minutes walk away (550 meters) from the beach,, very close to Puerto Marina, amusement park and Tivoli cable car, Arroyo de la Miel village towndown, and Benalmádena commuter train station. Taxi station just in front of the house. Bus stop turning the corner or in the highway of the beach (500 meters). Area of ​​bars and tapas 300 meters away

The apartment is 11 kilometers away from Malaga airport, and can be reached by car on the M-20 highway; by train on the Cercanías-renfe C-1 line (and then 15 minutes on foot or taking bus 124), or by taxi (there is a taxi rank just in front of the apartment).

Activities and attractions

Arroyo de la Miel-benalmádena Costa is a very safe and quiet area, and very pleasant to live in all seasons of the year. It has all the necessary services: medical, sports (including public ice rink, municipal indoor swimming pool, skate park and, of course, nautical sports) and leisure (Paloma Park, Cable Car, Tivoli amusement park, Tibetan Stupa, Butterfly Park, Puerto Marina, sea promenade, Colomares Castle, El Muro viewpoint, and a long etcetera). As for cultural services, it has a bright public library with a loan service for books in English, German, French, Russian, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Finnish (it also has a media library), and five reading clubs (of these, one in English, one in French and one in Finnish).

To do the shopping I recommend the supermarket chain Mercadona (the best in quality-price in Spain) or the supermarket Mas (very close to the apartment). For small shoppings or if you are in a hurry, I recommend the Bonanza Supermarket, just below the block, where, in adition, they have items from the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland and Denmark (and, of course, from Spain)

Perfect place

This is a great apartment! Good new things - from furniture and linen to cutlery and dishes. A complete set of new household appliances. Large TV, Internet set-top box and Wi-Fi. For the beach 4 sun loungers and an umbrella. Great design. The apartment is designed in bright colors, the predominant color is white. But a lot of good color details. It is nice in it - it is clear that the owner furnished it with a soul. Very good location of the apartment. In the morning the sun shines in its large windows. Then in the rooms a nice shade and coolness. In the closed courtyard from outside the pool. Go to the beach for 5-7 minutes. Paloma Park - 7-9 minutes. To the supermarket - 3 minutes, the store is in the house. Parking space can be found 1-2 minutes walk from the apartment. Around the house are many restaurants and bars, a couple of popular clubs. Very kind and helpful apartment owner. All questions were resolved very quickly.
