The accommodation

We have two apartments and rural houses, and pagés former home, all rustic , with bedrooms, kitchen , dining room with fireplace and full bath each, fully equipped and independent.

Also has swimming pool, recreation area extends outdoors and a small poultry farm for birds , ponies and fish in the old sink considered traditional architectural heritage to be preserved.

Good access and parking at the foot of the house.

Located in the Natural Park of Montseny with Guilleries , set in a stunning setting , just 700 meters above sea level and only 8.5 km.de Arbúcies.

It is also located 4 kms . Output 202 of the transverse axis , 21 kms . from junction 10 of the AP7 , 19 kms . Sant Hilari Sacalm , about 50 kms . of Girona, 29kms . Vic and at 25kms . Costa Brava and 25 minutes from l' Girona- Costa Brava.

Setting

From the garden Agudes can see, one of the three most significant peaks of the massif of Montseny, trips to the Romanesque chapel of Sant Pere Desplà 1 km from the house, walk through forests and nearby roads to the farmhouse is located within the Montseny Natural Park.

If time permits we can enjoy the swimming pool surrounded by greenery makes it original or enjoy the recreation area zoom, ideal for young and old. We can also make a championship ping-pong, basketball or football.

You can make a small pony route for young and older walk or a ride on the estate.
