The villa, about 90 square meters large, is located in a quiet residential complex, with large spaces and traffic limited to residents only; a few minutes' walk away you can reach the sandy beach of Saline, while moving for a short trip by car you can reach other sandy coves or cliffs. The town of Calasetta is rich in culture and traditions and is well equipped for tourism: it also has a tourist port and connections to the island of S. Pietro (Carloforte).
