Payments required upon arrival, including sanitation, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, gas consumption, on-site service during the holiday: € 200 per week. Payments required upon departure: electricity consumption € 0.35 per kilowatt and water consumption € 1.00 per MC. The meter reading will be communicated on arrival and charged at the end of the holiday before departure. Kitchen left dirty on departure will be charged € 50.00. In case of non-recycling and placement in the appropriate waste bin, a supplement of € 100 will be applied, necessary for on-site recovery and relative transport to the waste dump. The property will be equipped with bed linen and towels and toilet paper in each bathroom. If you wish to have a welcome pack with some essentials, you will need to order it upon confirmation and a surcharge will apply. This welcome pack costs €40 and will contain the following items: dish soap, mineral water, sugar, salt, olive oil, coffee, milk, tea, biscuits, bread etc. If the welcome pack is not ordered prior to arrival, these items will not be present on the property.
