Our apartment has beautiful views of the beach and the mountains from the terrace, comfortable enough to eat with the family in a relaxed way. The indoor areas are spacious, cozy and with a modern style, with a perfect orientation so that air conditioning or heating is not necessary. It is located in a quiet area next to the beach and just a pleasant walk from the heart of Marbella (Alameda).
Located on a 4th floor is a very bright apartment, in a new and quiet neighbourhood, located 50 meters from one of the best beaches and in the urban area of Marbella, near supermarkets (Mercadona in the same building), restaurants, health centres, schools, pharmacy.
