The accommodation

We rent fortnights or months from 1 November 2020 to 16 May 2021. The price indicated does not include electricity and water.

A perfect apartment to spend a relaxed and quiet holiday with family, couple or friends. The apartment is very close to "Playa del Cable" Beach, and it has a surface of about 90 m2 with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds. There is also another bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with access to a bright terrace from where you can see both the beach and the mountains, which is ideal for eating or resting enjoying the views.

Our apartment has beautiful views of the beach and the mountains from the terrace, comfortable enough to eat with the family in a relaxed way. The indoor areas are spacious, cozy and with a modern style, with a perfect orientation so that air conditioning or heating is not necessary. It is located in a quiet area next to the beach and just a pleasant walk from the heart of Marbella (Alameda).

We adapt to all hygienic measures to make your stay a space of tranquility and disconnection.

Setting

Located on a 4th floor is a very bright apartment, in a new and quiet neighbourhood, located 50 meters from one of the best beaches and in the urban area of Marbella, near supermarkets (Mercadona in the same building), restaurants, health centres, schools, pharmacy. It has two swimming pools, one of them for children, garden areas, garage, kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and video intercom.

It is a residential area a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Marbella. In the surroundings there are parks, bars, restaurants and leisure areas. In addition, the fishing and sports marina and the promenade are very close.

Activities and attractions

Marbella is a perfect location not only for beach tourism, but also rural and cultural leisure: in the surroundings and a few kilometres by car you will reach the towns of the Axarquía, as well as countless hiking routes; also, you can visit nearby towns such as Ronda, Ojén, Coín, Málaga, etc.
