The accommodation

Previously, it was the home of former Real Madrid football player Pedro De Felipe and stands out for the high quality of its finishes and furniture, its spacious communal areas, and the special comfort and privacy of its rooms.
It is designed for a maximum of 16 people and includes everything necessary for an unforgettable stay. It has 6 rooms: 1 quadruple room, 2 double rooms with an extra bed, 2 double rooms, and 1 single room with an extra bed, plus a sofa bed for two people in the living room.
There are 2 spacious kitchens, one of which has a traditional wood-fired oven. Two large communal areas with dining tables, seating areas, TV, free Wi-Fi, sofas, and a fireplace. The house has 2 toilets and 4 full bathrooms (two of them attached to the double rooms).
**MONUMENTS**
The cobbled streets and the town hall, along with the Main Square where it is located, are clear examples of Castilian-Alcarrean architecture. The town hall, from the 19th century, features a façade with low arcades and a large continuous gallery on the main side. This same type of house is repeated in the Albaicín and Flores neighbourhoods.
The Church of the Assumption is Renaissance, with a large porticoed atrium with capitals from the nearby San Bartolomé Monastery in Lupiana. It is a church with three naves, thick columns, and a beautiful Neobaroque altar presided over by the image of Our Lady of the Assumption. The bell tower gives a stately air to the town and is visible from many streets.
Outside, you can find the Hermitage of Solitude, dating from the 16th century, where the image is kept throughout the year except during the week of festivities when it rests in the Church of the Assumption.
The Laundry (or Labadero, as written on the plaque) is a typical example of functional architecture, a beautiful round area where water flows from springs beneath the ground on the mountain slope.
Water also flows strongly from the Fuente Nueva, one of the most emblematic spots in the town. It is a meeting place for everyone, especially thirsty cyclists who arrive here after climbing the Fuensanta Pass. There is still the tradition of coming here to fill water bottles before every meal due to its quality and cool temperature.

**WINE CELLAR ROUTE**
Within the historical heritage of Horche, and as a relevant element of the municipality, its wine cellars must be highlighted. Perhaps due to their private nature, they are not well-known to visitors. However, the town is dug through with over 500 wine cellars, nearly 100 of which remain active for their original purpose: wine production.

* **Picuzo Path**: A beautiful 10 km circular route always surrounded by pine trees.

* **"What is Alcarria" Route**: This circular route around Horche aims to explain the main characteristics of the Alcarria region.

* **General House Rules**

* The De Felipe rural house is for exclusive rental and includes only accommodation.

* The house is delivered fully clean, and no cleaning will be done during the stay. Guests must leave the house clean upon departure. A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged for not adhering to the cleaning and maintenance rules.

* The facilities must be kept in perfect working order and returned in the same condition as when first entered.

* If guests need to leave the house before the contracted departure date, no refund will be provided.

* Guests are responsible for the accommodation and its contents during their stay, ensuring it is kept tidy and well-maintained. Occupants are not allowed to engage in disturbing, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, or illegal activities within the house.

* The house and its contents must be treated with respect. Guests are responsible for not taking anything from the house and must show full respect for the facilities, as well as for the owners, neighbours, and the environment.

* The stay may be terminated early if the usual rules of urbanity, hygiene, or coexistence are violated or if the number of guests exceeds the specified capacity of the house, contrary to the owner’s instructions.

* The house contains dishes, cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery, and kitchenware, all of which must be cleaned and put back in their respective places. Any breakage or damage must be reported to the house owners.

* The house provides bed linen and towels in each room and bathroom. Books, films, and games are for exclusive use of the house.

* The heating system consists of electric radiators, and its operation is automatic via a thermostat. Guests are asked to use this service appropriately and maintain the thermostat at a temperature not exceeding 22°C.

* Water is heated by limited-capacity water heaters, so it is recommended to use it efficiently to avoid waiting for hot water.

* Lights should be turned off in unused rooms to promote energy conservation.

* The fireplace on the ground floor is the only one available for use. The fireplaces in the first-floor living room and top-floor room are not to be used. Please do not light them to avoid damage to the property.

* A free load of firewood is provided for the ground floor fireplace according to the duration of the stay. The establishment does not have a wood storage area, so additional requests will not be accepted once the supplied firewood is finished.

* It is prohibited to burn anything other than wood in the fireplace. Great care must be taken when lighting and using the fireplace to prevent sparks from escaping. The fireplace must be monitored at all times to prevent fire risks.

* The kitchens have induction hobs, and the kitchenware is suitable for this type of surface. Please avoid using unsuitable utensils.

* When using the washing machine or dishwasher, use full-load or eco-friendly programs.

* All appliances are in perfect working condition and should be left as they were found upon departure. Any malfunction must be reported to the house owners.

* Rubbish must be disposed of in the containers located at the entrance and other points in the village.

* Guests are responsible for ensuring the house is securely closed during their absence to prevent unauthorized entry.

* The departure time and key handover should be agreed with the owner at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure.
