This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can accommodate 4 people and is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, heating, Spanish TV and French satellite TV, plus free Wi-Fi and free private parking. It has views of the sea and the mountains of the natural park from the private terrace and Garden.

The apartment is on a gated complex equipped with a video intercom. There is a large communal pool with a children's area, a playground with grass in attractive communal gardens overlooking the sea. The pool is open from Easter until October 31.

The apartment is part of Tierra de Irta (Font Nova), Peñíscola, a development located with no-through traffic, at the foot of the beautiful Sierra de Irta Natural Park and is within walking distance of the sea, local Restaurants / Bars / Cafes, Mini-Supermarket, Tennis Courts, etc.

minutes by car from the urbanisation. Bus available during Holy Week and from the end of June
to mid-September).
