The accommodation
The property is very bright and airy making the most of the construction design and features a large open plan dining room / lounge area complete with a log burning fire which leads into a beautiful fully fitted kitchen, there is also a large utility/breakfast room with an additional storage room in this area.
The house comprises of three bedrooms all with fully fitted wardrobes, a family bathroom.
Patio doors lead out on to the large terrace which has fabulous view of the sierra cabrera mountains and mojacar pueblo.
The villa also comes with low maintenance fully landscaped gardens to the front of the villa, a covered front terrace with ornate balustrade. To complete the picture, to the rear of the property there is another covered terrace area, an elevated fully paved patio and a full sized swimming pool , again with ornate balustrade surrounds.
