The accommodation

Typical Ibizan country house, 250 years old, in the centre-north of the island, renovated with all the comforts respecting its original structure. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors. Living room with 2 sofas (one of them sofa-bed). 3 large terraces. Pool of 10x4'5 m. Playground in grass area. House located on a hill of sloped terraces with private access. Spectacular views over the valley of S. Miguel and facing sunset.
The double bedroom with A / C and en-suite bathroom is the newest part of the house. It has 2 dressing rooms and the bathroom has a jacuzzi and hydromassage shower. The sunset will be unforgettable! On the ground floor, with the old 1m thick walls, you have the other double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the third bedroom with 2 single beds, the kitchen with table for 8 people and a large living room with access to another toilet with shower. From this bathroom you also have access to the laundry room.

Setting

It is surrounded by a wonderful garden, with palm trees, bougainvilleas, roses and even a playground for the little ones. A combination of all the comfort you deserve while respecting the charm of the original style and decorated with family antiques and Asian souvenirs. The City of Ibiza (Vila) is approx. 14 km. or 20 minutes by car. Sta. Eulalia and San Antonio are also approximately 20 minutes away.
The nearest beaches are Benirrás, famous for the 'drums' at sunset, and Puerto de San Miguel (San Miguel Port), which offer excellent fish restaurants. The famous 'Las Dalias' Hippy market in Sant Carles, is10 km.

Restaurants: Ibiza is full of wonderful restaurants and many of them are very close to the property. San Miguel has one of the best Italian restaurants on the island, you will find 'La Luna N'el Orto' in the village at the beginning of the road that leads to the port. La Paloma, which has become very popular in recent years, is located in San Lorenzo, which is only 10 minutes away and Santa Gertrudis, which has a wide range of bars and restaurants is 10 minutes away in the other direction. In San Miguel, several artisans have established their residence, and it has a weekly artisan market on Thursdays. The famous British jeweller Natasha Collis also has her shop and studio on the historic hill of San Miguel next to the church.
