Inside it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for long periods. Complete with bed/bath/kitchen linen, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, air conditioner/heat pump, free wi-fi for guests.
Located on the ground floor with an entrance-living room with comfortable sofa bed (2 squares), a kitchen equipped with utensils and batteries, a bathroom with spacious shower, 1 double bedroom.
Prices refer to per night and max 4 adult guests and to the low season.
The central location allows you to have very close, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, restaurants, the port to reach the wonderful Egadi Islands, the bus station, to visit the Stagnone Islands including the splendid Mozia; as well as the Vincenzo Florio – Birgi airport.
Free parking along the road, there are no paid blue lines and it does not fall within the limited traffic area.

The house consists of a further neighboring structure which in total is ideal for receiving a large group of up to 8 people or 2 families who want to travel together, in total it has 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed and two bathrooms with showers

Just a 5 minute walk away you can visit the Mother Church, the Baglio Anselmi museum where the Punic Ship is exhibited, the Archaeological Park, the Hypogeum of Crispia Salvia, the Sibilla cave in the Church of San Giovanni. In the Stagnone area, which can also be reached by bus, it is possible to practice Kite Surfing - canoeing - windsurfing, visit the enchanting Stagnone Islands, the Mozia Museum where the famous "youth" is kept.
