House with 3 bedrooms 2 km from the beach

The accommodation

This beautiful Villa is located just 5min driving distance from the Moledo beach, with the refreshing Serra d’Arga view just behind it. The villa has 2 floors, totally independent from one another. During the summer I rent the downstairs floor for guests. This floor has a private patio in front of the spacious living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I live in the upstairs floor but I’m usually not around during the day, so you are welcome to use the pool and chill in the sun!
Independent entry to house with private patio. Access to pool on the upstairs floor. Huge living room space with fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, convertible to queen size if needed – slight detail, as the house is in the downstairs floor, the bedroom windows are a bit small and located near the ceiling, still plenty of natural light but a trade-off on the view. Nonetheless, the rooms are very comfortable, cosy and quite refreshing during the summer.
Just to let you know that I have a dog, a Labrador named Pepe. He is very friendly and playfull and has his own space. if you by any chance feel unconfortable with Pepe just let me know and he can spend some vacation time at my mother's place, no worries!!

Setting

Very quiet and beautiful surroundings with the ocean and the mountain nature in perfect sync to Serra D’Arga for some hiking.
2 km away from the Moledo beach, 500 meters from Caminho de Santiago and 2 km from the main village of Caminha.
I live and work in Moledo / Caminha so I will be around to check you in and show you around. I have plenty of tips and recommendations to give you so you can take the most of Moledo and Minho!
