The accommodation

Owned by a resident British couple, O Palheiro is a studio apartment comprehensively refurbished by local craftsmen in 2007.

Ideal for a couple, it is open plan (20m2) comprising a sleeping area with double bed at an upper level and well appointed kitchen, dining area and shower-room at a lower level. A child's bed and/or cot can be provided on request. Outside is a large private garden with BBQ. Access to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property has free wi-fi.

Setting

Centrally located in the village of Faja Grande, it is close to shops, restaurants and the sea and enjoys wonderful views down over the rooftops of the village to the ocean and the islet of Monchique, Europe’s most westerly point.

Ninho para dois

Localizado na vila da Fajã Grande, no sitio mais bonito da ilha, rodeada de verde e agua das cascatas. A 2 minutos a pé da costa e de serviços (restaurantes, mercado). A casa é pequena mas acolhedora e com boas condições, perfeita para dois. Tem um bom jardim e um terraço com vista para o mar. Excelente relação preço/qualidade!
