Modern apartment building in BARCELONA, located right next to Park Güell, one of Barcelona's most famous tourist attractions. The apartment area is much quieter than the city center, but close enough to access all of Barcelona's points of interest. In any case, you'll find excellent restaurants, cafes, and bars here. The area is perfectly connected to the rest of the city by public transport.

With an elevator. There are apartments with one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room + one bathroom for 4 people, and apartments with 2/3 bedrooms for 6/7 people. There are single beds in the three bedrooms, in addition to the sofa bed, allowing accommodation for up to 7 people.

The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle, hairdryer), radiator heating, and air conditioning. The dining room has a balcony, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

It is worth noting that there are two bathrooms, as well as Wi-Fi, so you can stay in touch with family and friends. The apartment has another TV in the master bedroom. Pets are not allowed. GROUPS OF YOUNG TEENAGERS OR UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The building offers a free parking space upon prior request (subject to availability). Please note that the entrance to the parking lot is somewhat narrow, and therefore all vehicles larger than 4.30m x 2.40m x 2.18m will not be allowed.

2 km from the Sagrada Familia, 3.5 km from Plaza Cataluña and Passeig de Gracia, 15 km from Barcelona El Prat de Llobregat Airport.
