The accommodation
Casa Gemeos is a modern two-dwelling house. They are 2 semi-detached buildings with a Portuguese touch through the use of local materials. The one on the left is rented out as a holiday home, the owners live next door.
Enjoying the (outdoor) life is very important to us. That is why we focus on outdoor recreation! Relax at the heated swimming pool, an aperitif on the blissful sun terrace or a game of kubb while the BBQ is being prepared... These outdoor facilities at the back of the house are common to both houses! Yet everyone has his privacy in the house or on the private terraces around the house. The property can be completely closed off. There is ample parking space at each entrance.
Setting
The area is quiet and green, the house stands on a plot of almost 2 hectares on the outskirts of a village! At 3 km from the holiday home is the supermarket Intermarche, an ATM, bakery, newsagent, laundry etc..
A (rental) car is recommended because public transport is rather limited!
Activities and attractions
Far from all mass tourism, yet close to the UNESCO World Heritage Monastery in Alcobaça + Batalha. The popular surf beach of Nazaré is 20 km from the holiday home. Something for everyone in the neighborhood; culture, nature, gastronomy ...
