It consists of an uncovered space in front with a parking area and a rear garden with laundry corner including washing machine and shower.
Internally it consists of a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
From the living/dining room you access the staircase that leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms with relative balconies and bathroom with shower.
The house was completely renovated in 2019 and is furnished with luxury furniture and accessories.
In the living/dining room there is also a double sofa bed, while the kitchen is complete with fridge with freezer, oven, crockery and pots. The house is located in the town center of San Foca and is about 500 meters from the free or equipped beach, 600 meters from the tourist port, 400 meters from the main square and 600 meters from the seafront.
In the area there are bars, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias within a few meters. The house enjoys an optimal position as it is well connected to the main tourist attractions of Salento, such as the archaeological park of Roca (4 km), Torre Dell'Orso (5 km), golf course (6 km), Otranto (20 km) and Lecce (15 km).
Furthermore, it is possible to reach the accommodation by bus from both the Lecce train station and Brindisi airport.
