The accommodation

The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a small, recently built condominium. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and closet. The apartment is new and is well furnished.
Termoli is the most important city on the Molise coast, rich in events and history. The city overlooks the Adriatic Sea and is the most populous city immediately after Campobasso. The historic heart of the city is located on a promontory overlooking the sea, surrounded by defensive walls and watchtowers to protect it in case of attacks from the sea. Walking through the alleys inside the beautiful and colorful village, you come across the imposing Castello Svevo and Piazza del Duomo, a pearl of architecture. The property is located in Corso Nazionale n. 170, a few meters from the sea, shops, port and close to all services.
The first thing that comes to mind when we are asked what to see in Termoli is the Borgo Antico! This village is made up of a myriad of streets and alleys that intertwine in checkerboard ways with each other and then arrive in the lovely Piazza del Duomo, with the Cathedral of Santa Maria della Purificazione. The Cathedral is in Romanesque-Apulian style with a majestic entrance door and seven arches adorned with bas-reliefs. Inside you can see the crypt with three apses in which the relics of San Basso and Timoteo are preserved.

Among these streets there is one of the narrowest alleys in the world, which can only be passed sideways: the very narrow "rejecélle". The houses overlooking the sea offer a jaw-dropping spectacle both for the wonderful view they offer but also for the multitude of colors they are made of.
The overflows
They are ancient fishing machines made entirely of wood, using a thick palisade stuck between the rocks which ends with a platform connected to the mainland via a walkway. Two wooden arms that stretch out over the water hold a rectangular net, which is lowered into the water using a winch.
Swabian Castle
The Swabian Castle is the symbol of the city and certainly does not go unnoticed: with its very simple and linear shapes devoid of any type of ornament and its practically impenetrable city walls, it is located a few steps from the Borgo Antico and directly overlooks the sea . It was built in the Norman era (11th century) and was built entirely of limestone and sandstone. It is mainly divided into two structures, a central body with four rounded turrets and a central tower which currently houses the military air force meteorological station.
