Recently renovated with a modern design, the holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped, American-style kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a television. To enter the accommodation, you will walk through a charming, traditionally Andalusian patio and you will find tiles typical of the region in the interior of the apartment as well. The higlight of the apartment is the private, rooftop terrace where you can spend a warm afternoon beneath the Spanish sun and gaze out over the glittering sea. Here you can enjoy a glass of full-bodied wine to round off the evenings. Thanks to the optimal location of the apartment, a great selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are in the immediate vicinity - just a couple minutes walking from your front door! Furthermore, the long, sandy beach of the coast awaits your visit just 450 m or a 7-minute walk away.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Due to the new local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noise during the hours between 11 pm to 7 am are not allowed.
