The Blue House dates from 1930 and is completely rehabilitated with a design that allows maximum comfort while creating a modern, bright, spacious and cozy space.

Setting

It is located in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby.
Excellent communications, 5 min. from the San Telmo bus station. It is also in an ideal place to visit the city on foot, by bike or electric skateboard
