It is a beautiful luxury beachfront apartment, with large terrace and spectacular views of the sea and gardens of the complex.
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a large terrace. Garage is included.
The bedrooms have double-fitted wardrobes and TVv; master bedroom with queen-size bed and the other with twin-size beds. Both bathrooms have showers. All appliances and utensils are on hand in the kitchen with bar seating opening out onto the fully furnished living room. Comforts indoor are matched outside on the beautiful terrace of 15m2. Direct access makes this space an ideal lounge where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the sea. For your comfort, the awning is operated with remote control. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot air) as well as radiators for the winter. A southern orientation bathes the interior in natural light and asserts the name of costa de la luz. The garage is included, accessible by elevator to the apartment itself.
The residential area "Cuatro Mares" is a luxury, private and gated urbanization, beachfront, with direct access to the sea promenade and beach through a private gate. The complex has 2 swimming pools (for children and adults) with lifeguard services, open from June 15 to September 15, artificial turf tennis and paddle tennis courts, playground with swings, bar-restaurant for residents only, as well as gardens and walkways, with maintenance and surveillance. It is situated just 100m From the Islantilla Mall where cinemas, restaurants, supermarket, shops, and attractions for children await.
The apartment is equipped with all kinds of appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee makers (italian and nespresso), toaster, blender, juicer, cutlery, as well as quality tableware and glassware. It has a 40 inches flat television in the living room and a smaller one in each bedroom with dvd player, usb and hdmi input socket. Wifi connection is included in the price. Beds linen and towels are supplied as are iron and hairdryer. For babies, a travel cot (with sheets and absorbent mattress protector), travel changer, wc adapter and inflatable bathtub. Child-friendly glassware and dishes is also supplied.
Wardrobes with hangars are built into the bedrooms. Quality designed drapery decorates the living room and bedrooms. Climalit pvc enclosures insulate the glazing and blinds of all windows. Hot and cold air-conditioning is in the lounge. For winter season there are radiators in the bedrooms and air heaters in the hallway and main bathroom. Completely equipped and furnished impeccably.
For your convenience, and in order to lighten your luggage, we include two beach chairs, sun umbrella, two towels, two beach bags and a cooling bag.

The proximity of all modern conveniences amidst its tranquility, situated in a coastal environment of great natural beauty and a privileged micro-climate, will give you an unforgettable stay. In addition, the prices of restaurants, services and shops are very affordable as it is a very exclusive area of national family tourism.
In the surroundings of Islantilla there are numerous attractive destinations and interesting towns, such as La Antilla, Puerto de El Terrón, Isla Cristina, Ayamonte, Cartaya ... There are also many lovely virgin beaches closeby, such as Nueva Umbría, La Casita Azul, Playa del Hoyo… etc., along with many spectacular beaches and picturesque towns in the Portuguese Algarve area, just 25 minutes driving distance. In addition, you can enjoy the green at wonderful golf courses in the area (the exclusive 27 holes Islantilla Golf Resort is just 2 km away), with views of the sea and natural landscapes. For the most intrepid there are go-karts (for adults and kids), a water park, miniature golf, zip-line and other activities.
You can also practice or learn sports such as golf, kitesurfing, SUP or paddle surfing, kayaking, sailing, yoga, zumba dance, paddle-tennis, tennis ... at facilities very close to the apartment. There are also interesting bike tours in the surroundings, horse riding and daily camps for children, among many other activities.
