The accommodation

Villa for 10 people, 5 minutes walk from the beach and all services, in a family area, with lots of atmosphere.
Luxury qualities, with parking for two cars, private swimming pool, chill out area and barbecue. Four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and individual central air-conditioning.
Two of the bedrooms have 150 cm beds (one of them is on the ground floor), another has two 90 cm beds and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. This means that 10 people can be comfortably accommodated.
The living room has Smart TV, wifi and air conditioning. With a large window from which you can enjoy the whole garden and gives direct access to the outdoor seating area and pool, which also has a shower with hot water, plus a practical toilet in the garden.
The kitchen, integrated in the living room, is fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances to enjoy a complete stay. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Setting

The property is less than 5 minutes walk from a wide variety of restaurants, offering all kinds of food, from the most typical of the area to the most international. During the summer season there is a lively market where you can go shopping, listen to live music while enjoying a drink or take a stroll with a delicious homemade ice cream.
The town of Sancti Petri is a 10-minute drive away, where the Concert Music Festival is held every summer, hosting international artists.

Activities and attractions

Wide range of activities to do in the area, many nautical activities, surfing, sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddle surfing ....
A few minutes drive away there are several golf courses, tennis courts, paddle tennis.
Possibility of enjoying the wonderful sunsets on horseback, from a boat or just a few minutes walk to the beach.
