Bella Vista 4 is a bright and spacious apartment, located in a beautiful and quiet complex of 5 apartments with a large communal pool, well-kept gardens and sea-views. The property is within walking distance of the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Castelo, Coelha, Evaristo, and within a 10-minute drive of Albufeira.
Located on the first floor (with stair access), this 2-bedroom apartment (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds) has a spacious living / dining room, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with wonderful views to the sea and pool area, perfect for enjoying an al fresco meal with family or friends.
Bella Vista 4 also benefits from free wi-fi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and a shared laundry room.
The shared outdoor area offers a large swimming pool, a well-maintained garden, communal barbecue and several sunbeds to relax around the swimming pool. There is also free parking within the complex.
The property is within a short walking distance to several restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as beautiful beaches. Additionally, the town of Albufeira is within just a 10-minute drive, where you can find banks and a variety of shops / shopping centres, as well as the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.
