The Villa Alte Springs is a contemporary and spacious property, perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve, offering comfort, privacy, and stunning views over the Barlavento hills.

The living room is large and welcoming, integrating the dining area in an open-plan layout that encourages socializing and relaxation, with direct access to the outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy the sun and surrounding scenery.

On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, providing comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, there are two more double bedrooms, both en-suite, and an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the social area, offers a functional and modern space to prepare meals and share special moments with family and friends.

Outside, the villa features a private infinity pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, fruit trees, and a traditional Algarve barbecue, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and leisure.

Located near the traditional village of Alte and a short distance from golden sandy beaches such as Salgados, Galé, Lourenço, and São Rafael, Villa Alte Springs combines comfort, privacy, and proximity to nature for an unforgettable Algarve holiday.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Includes discounted rates for all other services provided (i.e. boat tour, restaurant, airport transfer, and check-in center).
