Villa Dominica is a spacious holiday home located in a quiet residential area, less than 1.6 km from Carvoeiro's centre and beach. With a private heated pool and terrace overlooking the sea and Monchique mountains, it is the perfect choice for a family holiday.

The property has 4 bedrooms: 2 double en-suite rooms on the first floor and 2 twin rooms on the ground floor, plus 3 bathrooms in total. The first floor also includes a sunny terrace. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and other essential utensils.

The spacious living/dining room invites relaxation and includes TV, DVD, sound system and free Wi-Fi.

The villa's exterior offers total privacy, with a wide terrace, private pool, sun loungers and a barbecue area to enjoy the Algarve sun. On the upper floor, a second terrace provides incredible views over the pool and surrounding landscape.

Additionally, there is a covered dining area and an outdoor kitchenette, ideal for relaxed moments with family and friends.

Just a 10-minute walk away, Carvoeiro's centre offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the magnificent golden sand beach

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
The 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
