The Villa Saint Martin is a fantastic 5-bedroom villa that can accommodate 14 + 2 guests and is located just a few minutes' walk from the famous Albufeira Strip. With an unbeatable central location, this superb holiday home with a private heated pool is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax in the heart of Albufeira.

This spectacular property offers 5 fabulous bedrooms: 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with bunk beds, 1 with two single beds and a bunk bed, and the last room with four individual beds, as well as 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet.

The living room is quite cosy and features comfortable sofas, TV, and a dining area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.

Outside, the property has a large inviting pool (heatable as an optional extra) and a garden area with sun loungers, where you can spend the day in the sun. A traditional barbecue allows you to prepare outdoor meals in the summer with family or friends.

The Villa Saint Martin is located in the heart of Areias de São João, in Albufeira, just a few minutes' walk from a variety of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The nearest beach (Praia da Oura) is just a 10-minute walk away, and Albufeira's historic centre is a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests.
From the 15th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
